What Exactly Is A F.I.R.E. Workout?
Full-Body. high Intensity. Resistance-based. Exercise.
Basically, think of interval training workouts using strength training exercises designed to give you a combination of burning fat while increasing lean muscle, in less time than your regular “cardio” workouts.
For example, here’s one of the F.I.R.E. Challenge Workouts you’ll get when this is released later this week:
Complete 25 reps of exercise in the following circuit with no rest between the exercises. Rest 2 minutes and then repeat for a total of 2 rounds. Time yourself and try to beat your time next week.
