Here's What To Expect Next...

1. There are 2 emails being carefully delivered to you right now:

Email #1 will be from "BLUE PHOENIX FITNESS" and will contain instructions on downloading the Blue Phoenix Fitness app & completing set up of your profile.

Email #2 will be from "CAMERON MAKARCHUK" and will ask you to "Confirm Your Email Address". This is important so that we know we have the correct email and will ensure you don't miss any important information, like the weekly Blue Phoenix Fitness Insider email newsletter.

2. Your "Welcome Pack" email & Initial Health Evaluation

Once you've download the Blue Phoenix Fitness app and completed setting up your profile, you'll receive your "Welcome Pack" email.

This email contains important documents - Waiver & Par-Q forms - that are to be printed, signed and emailed back (instructions can be found in the email).

You'll also find a link for the Initial Health Evaluation. This will help you become more aware of where you stand in all areas of health - nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress.

3. After that, your entire experience is delivered through the BPF app

After you've downloaded the Blue Phoenix Fitness app, completed setting up your profile, signed the waiver & Par-Q and completed the Initial Health Evaluation, all you have to do is get ready for your workouts to start!

Your entire 28-day MOMENTUM: At-Home workout program is delivered through the BPF app, so take some time to get comfortable with the app and take a look at your upcoming workouts!

4. Scheduling your 20-minute Jumpstart Strategy Call accelerator

If you made the smart choice to add the 20-minute Jumpstart Strategy Call accelerator add-on, watch for a separate email with the following:
