We've designed 2 versions of your workout program - gym and at-home - so every workout has 2 options.
For the gym workouts you'll need dumbbells (ideally from 5-50+ lbs), an adjustable bench, resistance bands and a stability ball.
For the at-home workouts you only need resistance bands and a stability ball.
What we've found is that meal plans tend to be overly restrictive and don't work well for the long-term behaviour change necessary for sustainable weight loss.
Instead, we focus on developing healthy habits and behaviours around food so that you understand how to eat for your body, goals and preferences.
This way you're not reliant on someone giving you a meal plan all the time. You'll feel confident in your food choices because you'll know how to eat for your own body.
Our Sustainable Nutrition System works by helping you develop healthy habits and behaviours around food so that you know how to eat for your own body, goals and preferences.
This means the principles you'll learn and the activities you'll complete will work the same regardless of your eating preferences - all diets are welcome!
