Blueberry Blast SuperSmoothie

Last week we sent all of our Blue Phoenix Coaching clients our brand new “15 SuperSmoothie Recipes” cookbook, so I thought I’d share one of my favourites with you!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend all of that up and enjoy the awesomeness of being you!
